Innovation Tower, 11th floor
265 E. Rollins Street, Suite 11100, Orlando, FL 32804 — on the AdventHealth Orlando campus. The tower is the tall glass building on Rollins Street; take the main elevators to the 11th floor and check in at Rothman Orthopaedics.
The office is on the 11th floor, reached by elevator. The building and office are wheelchair accessible.
Roughly 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and just off I-4.
Where to park
The parking garage sits directly across from Innovation Tower. Parking is free — no ticket validation is needed, and there is no valet service.
Allow a few extra minutes on a first visit — the campus is large.
When we're reachable
Office and phones: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Dr. Irwin’s clinic days: Wednesdays and Fridays. Additional days are added as the schedule allows — ask when you call.
Calls placed after hours are returned the next business day. Callback within 24–48 hours; new patients are typically seen within 7–10 days.
For an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
What happens next
The office will take a few details about your child or yourself, confirm your insurance, and let you know whether any records or imaging would help. You'll be given an appointment and told what to bring. If the situation is time-sensitive — a newborn not moving an arm, an acute injury, a nerve problem that's worsening — say so, and it's moved up.
You'll speak with a person, not a portal.
